The CV7-C is supplied with a long carbon arm to position the sensor away from the wind disturbance from the sails. This unit is the choice for serious racers.
We made partnerships with skipper mini 6.50 and class40 because the CV7-C is the high speed ultrasonic wind sensor in our range. The CV7-C has a data rate which is twice as fast as the CV7 and CV7-V. The long carbon arm allows the CV7-C sensor to measure the wind further from the disturbance caused by the rigging and sails.
